Chattanooga Valley Presbyterian Church was planted in Flintstone, Georgia by God’s sovereign and gracious working in and through his people in 1949. According to God’s perfect design, this community of God’s people was established by and upon the Word of God which is infallible and inerrent and is a perfectly trustworthy authority and guide for all of Life in all the World. Chattanooga Valley Presbyterian was established as a witness to that Truth, embodied in its fullest glory in the person of Jesus Christ, God’s Word made flesh.

It is this Word, even this Word-made-Flesh, Jesus Christ, that provides us the Vision and our Identity, the Mission, even the Strategy by which we prayerfully seek to live and work and minister as witnesses to his Glory throughout Flintstone, Chattanooga Valley, Northwest Georgia - even throughout his World.
