Charles Wesley is used to teach us who Christ is — and who we are:

Thou, O Christ, art all I want, more than all in Thee I find:
Raise the fallen, cheer the faint, heal the sick, and lead the blind.
Just and holy is Thy Name, I am all unrighteousness;
False and full of sin I am; Thou are full of truth and grace.

Come, then, — since we the fallen have been raised, since we the faint are being cheered, since we the sick are being healed, since we the blind are being led by Christ who is our All — come, then, and let us rejoice together in our Lord’s great salvation, and join together in bowing knees and raising our praises to Jesus, the Christ, the risen King.
